I am writing to tell you what an exceptional job you and your colleagues did when you arranged our tour of Oslo, the fjords and Bergen. We especially appreciated the great treatment our granddaughter, Jane, received.

Many people who are fortunate enough to be able to travel in extra comfort and luxury do not understand that true luxury is more than staying in the nicest rooms in top hotels. It is having someone meet you at the airport, handle your luggage, take you in true comfort to your hotel, and then guide you around the areas you wish to explore, someone who plans the day and keeps it on track so that you don't have to think about appointment times and transportation. I believe one gets more consideration from people when activities, such as the kayaking and the glacier walk that we did, are booked through a respected agent such as yourself. Furthermore you know the best providers of the services required.

For those who know what they want to do and see, having someone work with you and arrange it for you makes the planning of the trip so much less stressful. Alternatively, if you don't want to think about it, but just want someone to ask about your interests and then plan the trip, your company is just the ticket.

I am writing to you the thank you for such an incredible trip we had onboard our yacht visiting Norway this summer! Your time and efforts meant so much to my husband, our friends and me and we were very much impressed with your organisation!

I don't think anyone expected the incredible beauty and landscapes of your wonderful country to be so unique! My friends all raved about the charming places we saw and they loved the wonderful landscapes, the sunsets, the folk music and dances and the old churches which are so well preserved. I didn't realise it was so large and there were so few inhabitants! The ones who have stayed have really worked hard to preserve their heritage and profit from the land. The visit at the salmon farm was an eyeopener to see the enormous business he has created and all very healthy.

I do know that we were very lucky with the incredibly sunny, warm weather and I even swam in the fjord one day when it was 30° outside even though the water was only 16°. It was fantastic!

It was a pleasure cooperating with you and I do hope to keep in touch with you in the future. If I have friends coming to Norway, I will give them your number. Thank you again and hope to see you one day soon!"

We are now back in the New York after our trip to Norway and want to thank you so much for all your careful planning. Everything went exactly as your described in the itinerary and this made our trip so much easier. All the hotels were so beautiful and comfortable and the meals were fabulous, --the variety and quality made us salivate every time we walked into a dining room. It was fun to walk through the historical areas of many of the hotels and view the furniture and art works. One of the unanticipated perks of traveling on our own, was that, at meal times, we always seemed to be put at tables in small quiet rooms near windows with great views, away from the large groups from tours. On the boat ride from Balestrand to Fjærland and back, we were able to get seats outside on the front of the boat. This was a magnificent way to cruise down a fjord. Also, the weather was sunny and mild. It was the experience I dreamed it would be. And finally, to have been able to go to the actual farms of my ancestors and get a feel for how their lives were spent, and speculate on how difficult conditions must have gotten for them to have left their beautiful country, well, it was a spiritual experience for me. It was wonderful to have you as our guide for three days and we learned a lot about Norway that we might not have picked up on our own._
